They’re a leading presence in the economy and midscale segments of the lodging industry with a network of over 800K rooms that cater to the everyday traveler. 

Wyndham launched their Rewards loyalty program & already has 83 million enrolled members who can redeem points at thousands of hotels, vacation rentals & resorts globally.

CHALLENGE AND APPROACH

Wyndham desired more engagement & awareness for  their new  Rewards app.  It allows you to do everything end to end for your stay, from booking rooms online, checking in to unlocking rooms with your phone.  Proving Wyndham’s dedication to technology.  Displaying the ease and effectiveness of the travel & hospitality experience in a new digital platform.

Relating with Wyndhams changing demographics, we cast a young diverse couple.  We found Prince Edward County a setting fit for our couples  play in nature.  A typical place where Wyndham  accommodations can be found.  The hotel story telling took place at the Super 8 hotel located in downtown Toronto over a 2 day period with a small crew capturing the energy of the young couple.

Post production consisted of creating a fast paced edit with animations to simulate the customer UX before the app was even developed.  All had to be achieved within 3 weeks.
